There may be a 20% restocking fee applied to all non-defective, returnable items. Some items brought back to Clemens are not returnable. Please call or stop by for more details.
You may cancel delivery orders anytime before delivery for a full refund.
Fulfillment Policy
We are able to deliver product to you as requested over the phone upon taking the order. We can even meet you at the delivery location at a specified time if you would like.
